As a HR cum Admin Executive, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Perform simple admin duties.
- Simple admin duties such as data entry, scanning and filing of documents
- Manage HR Tasks such as application of work pass, handle payroll, CPF, IRAS, and CCL NS claim submissions.
- Recruitment: Create job ads, review resumes, and arrange interviews.
- Daily Operations: Ensure smooth processes for contracts, employee confirmations, terminations, leave management, insurance claims, and onboarding.
- Maintain Records: Keep an accurate HR database and up-to-date employee records.
- Policy Compliance: Ensure HR policies follow current regulations and the Employment Act.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma and above.
- Candidate who have 1 year of relevant duties will be an added advantage.
