HR cum Procurement Manager (Automotive)

Our client is in Automotive industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a HR cum Procurement Manager to be part of their HR Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West - easily accessible.

Duties of HR cum Procurement Manager:

• Align HR strategies with overall business goals.
• Foster positive employee-management relations and handle grievances.
• Oversee HR systems and procedures across the organization.
• Cultivate a productive and positive work environment.
• Manage performance appraisals to drive high performance.
• Ensure legal compliance in all HR operations.
• Align purchasing strategies with business objectives and review purchase orders for compliance.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors.
• Stay updated on purchasing technology trends and oversee implementation.
• Research and assess vendors based on quality, pricing, and services.

Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline
• Min 5 years of working experience as HR Manager with purchasing experience
• Good communication and negotiation skills
