HR Data Operations Specialist (Bank) #HMS

Position: HR Data Operations Specialist
Location: Raffles Place
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Mondays to Fridays
Salary: $5,000 - $6,500 per month + pro-rated completion bonus
Contract Duration: Until end of May 2025

Job Description:

• Collaborate with the project team to analyze and optimize HR data to improve data quality and ensure accuracy across various HR system modules
• Develop and implement data standards and guidelines to maintain consistency and integrity across all HR data
• Partner closely with HR functional stakeholders to understand data needs and requirements, address data-related challenges, and support HR processes
• Work with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve data issues, ensuring seamless integration and operation of HR platforms
• Identify and implement improvements to data-related processes and workflows, aligning data management practices with evolving business needs
