Reporting to Executive Director, you will lead a team of specialists in the areas of talent acquisition, manpower planning and budgeting. You will manage manpower planning in accordance to expansion requirements and provide strategic advice on employer branding, talent acqusition, workforce and vendor management.
You should have a degree in the relevant business discipline and 10 years of experience in an MNC or local organisation with regional footprint. You will come with a proven track record in managing a team and strong stakeholder management skills. Prior experience working within a Matrix structure will be an added advantage. Jobscope:
- Responsible for the full spectrum of human resource, administrative and building facility functions of the organization and group
- Lead and implement corporate projects in line with business strategies
- Work closely with business leaders on organizational change management, employee issues and sustainability
- Support and align growth and development of people to meet the business needs and challenges
- Ensure company policies and procedures and adhered to and keep up to date
- Attend and response to government workforce initiatives
- Spearhead CSR activities
- Chair Management and RA meeting
Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree or Master Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of HR/ Admin managerial experience with business partnering and change management skills/experience, preferably from retail industry
- Strategic HR competencies required include Talent Management, Leadership Development, time Management, Succession Planning and Coaching
- The successful candidate is proactive , independent and possess strong leadership, project management, influential and business skills with integrity.
