Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job postings to extending offers, ensuring timely and efficient hiring.
- Covering payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory regulations.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring they meet legal and company standards.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, including local audits and statutory requirements.
- Communicate effectively with employees at all levels, addressing grievances and management concerns in a professional manner.
- Support a wide range of HR functions, including onboarding, offboarding, resolving employee queries, and providing timely HR advice.
- Assist in planning and executing employee welfare programs and company initiatives.
- Be hands-on, ready to assist team members to ensure smooth HR operations and maintain business continuity when required.
- Perform other administrative or ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Possess a degree in HRM or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Independent and detail-oriented team player with strong multitasking abilities.
