HR Executive - 3 months #HZO

Work location: East

Working hours: Mondays to Fridays, 8.30am - 6pm

Salary up to $3000/month

Responsibilities

• Contract preparation for sessional academic staff
• Payment for sessional staff.
• Assist in the recruitment of sessional Staff.
• Assist in the on-boarding/orientation process for full-time/sessional staff.
• Maintain an up to date register/database of sessional lecturers/tutors/supervisors.
• Provide support and assistance on relevant statutory compliance requirements.
• Implementation of the full range of general HR administration.

Key selection criteria

• Contract preparation and payroll experience mandatory
• Able to multitask and deliver results within a set timeframe
