Key Responsibilities- Support and manage recruitment activities including, ensuring job descriptions are kept up-to-date, job posting on websites, coordinating the shortlisting of applicants, scheduling interviews and ensuring reference checks are completed (if required).
Assist in all recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding activities including employment passes, renewal/cancellation-related matters- Main point of contact for all employee relations matters
Responsible for the preparation of letters, including but not limited to letters of appointment, confirmation, promotion, etc.
- Responding to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and providing assistance.
Coordinate the new staff arrival and onboarding process which includes the organisation of IT equipment,, email account provisioning and ensuring all relevant agreements and policies are reviewed and signed.- Processing leave and attendance records for all staff.
Register and ensure that all staff information are up-to-date.
- Plan and arrange companys event and team-building activities (i.e team lunch/dinner, logistics & accommodation reservations, etc).
Act in accordance with relevant legislation in Singapore, as well as Malaysia guidelines.- Undertake projects and ad-hoc assignments related to HR management from time to time
Support pass applications, renewal and cancellation (i.e. employment pass, work permit, S Pass, Dependent pass, etc) internally and for clients.
- Assist with statutory reporting and surveys (e.g. LMS, OED, etc.)
Support grant applications (i.e. Childcare leave, paternity leave, NSmen ppayments, etc)- Support clients payroll & regulatory submissions for Singapore and Malaysia (i.e. CPF, IR21, AIS, EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, HRDF, etc)
Involve in the implementation of new HR initiatives, projects, and policies that aligned with business strategy and in compliance with government regulations
- Support the management of workplace issues and grievances
Supporting day-to-day administration for Singapore and Malaysia office.
Diploma and above in Human Resource Management- Team player with can-do spirits
Independent, pro-active, meticulous and fast leaner
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience
Excellent communication skills in order to liaise with stakeholders at all levels- Adaptable to changes and willing to multitask
Ability to deal with confidential information with sensitivity and discretion
- Prior work experience in an accounting firm and familiarity with Malaysia HR & payroll will be preferred though not essential
Experience in payroll processing will be an added advantage
