HR Generalist Duties:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating new hire orientations.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, addressing concerns and resolving workplace issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Performance Management: Assist with performance appraisals, feedback sessions, and development plans.
- Compliance: Ensure HR practices are in line with labor laws, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Training & Development: Coordinate training programs and employee development initiatives to promote skills and career growth.
- HR Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Payroll Processing: Administer payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in employee compensation, deductions, benefits, and bonuses.
- Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits enrollment and deductions (health insurance, retirement plans, etc.), ensuring timely and accurate processing.
skills and experience required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
- Familiarity with Singapore employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
