Job Description

(CENTRAL) - Bugis

- 3days Office, 2days WFH

- Basic + AWS + VB

- Japanese Manufacturing MNC

The Human Resources Executive will play a pivotal role in supporting assigned Manager(s) in ensuring the smooth operation of human resources functions on a day-to-day basis and achievement of overall HR teams objectives. The scope of work is subjected to allocation from time to time, as necessitated by business needs

  • Maintain HR information system and employee records
  • Manage regional mobility and expatriate support
  • Prepare HR letters and documentation
  • Oversee monthly payroll submit CPF, IR21, and income tax filings
  • Assist with regional employee tax matters
  • Prepare headcount and payroll reports
  • Process government reimbursements (NS, maternity, childcare, etc.)
  • Administer medical, health insurance, and work injury claims
  • Support recruitment: job postings, interview scheduling, background checks
  • Prepare onboarding documents, coordinate onboarding, and announcements
  • Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations
  • Manage off-boarding, including resignation letters and exit processes
  • Coordinate training programs, track completion, and handle funding applications
  • Assist in performance appraisals and employee communications
  • Conduct salary and promotion research prepare bonus data
  • Address HR-related employee queries
  • Participate in statutory surveys and ad-hoc reports
  • Submit invoices/expenses in the claim system
  • Collaborate with APAC HR teams on regional initiatives
  • Support ISO and internal audits
  • Stay updated on HR trends and employment laws
  • Complete other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, or equivalent is preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in the area of Human Resources including payroll-processing
  • Good knowledge and interpretation of the employment Act and government regulations
  • Knowledge in Unit4 Prosoft and SuccessFactors are advantageous
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with highly sensitive data
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
