Responsibilities:
Assist the HR department in recruitment processes.
Submission of grants and claims (CCL, ML etc.)
Apply and renew work passes
Assist in payroll matters
Support ad-hoc administrative assignments where necessary.
Fulfil and adhere to legal requirements to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
Degree holder with minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
Familiarity with MOM regulations and HR practices will be an advantage.
Excellent communication skills.
