Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, eg. advertise, conduct in-take meeting, screen applications, arrange interviews, etc.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, job requirements, and team dynamics.
- Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking events, career fairs, etc) and explore new sourcing channels to build pipeline of talent
- Ensure all hiring practices comply with fair employment guidelines and promote equal opportunities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activity & proper documentation of employee records
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties including general office admin
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum Degree holder, preferably in Human Resource Management
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Possess good organisational, communication & interpersonal skills
- Good organisational skills
- Detail-orientated, meticulous, and conscientious
- Tech Savvy and proficient in basic computer applications, including Outlook, Microsoft Office, etc
Work Location: Henderson Road
