Remuneration:
- Location: Pioneer
- Salary: Up to $4,000, with AWS and Variable Bonus
Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment activities, including screening CVs, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and issuing Letters of Appointment (LOAs) and medical chits.
- Manage and handle Work Pass applications and renewals.
- Oversee new employee onboarding and staff exit management processes.
- Process monthly and ad hoc payroll for approximately 80 employees, ensuring timely approval from management.
- Address login and leave application issues, and maintain employee records within the HR system (JustLogin).
- Facilitate training coordination and provide administrative support for employees.
- Support company events and manage festive decorations.
- Handle ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the HR Manager.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in the HR field.
- Good knowledge of the Employment Act and labor legislation.
- A team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
