Main Responsibilities:
- Perform secretarial duties for projects including preparing letters, authorities submissions, tender documents and fee proposals etc
Liaise with project manager and/or designers on project admin matters- Administer and manage work pass applications and renewals for foreign workers ensuring compliance with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations
Liaise with all government and external bodies with regards to staff issues, subsidies, and grants
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Address employee queries and provide support on HR-related matters- Work together with Admin team to enhance office administrative system
Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, including contract management and exit formalities
- Handle staff insurance and medical issues (claims, work injury compensation, etc.)
Review and updating of company policy in the Employees Handbook- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Requirements:- Min. Diploma in Accounts/ Human Resource Management or equivalent
At least 2 years working experience in handling administrative and HR operations
- Experience in Architectural/Construction industry is preferred
Proficient in both spoken and written English- Proficient in Microsoft office
Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organization skills, High degree of integrity, responsibility
