Job Scopes:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of employees.
- Oversee manpower planning to ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Administer payroll functions, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of salaries, bonuses, and other employee benefits.
- Handle all aspects of expat visas and work passes, including applications, renewals, cancellations, and repatriation.
- Administer workman compensation claims, group hospital & surgical claims, and other employee medical benefits.
- Maintain and update personnel records, ensuring proper filing and compliance with relevant laws.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events, such as the annual D&D, 7th month praying ceremony, and outdoor activities.
- Act as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries from business units and colleagues.
- Provide accurate and timely information, advice, and interpretation of HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- At least 3-4 years of experience in HR roles
- Proficient in MS Office software
- Knowledge of HRMS system will be an added advantage
- Good understanding of local employment laws and work pass regulations.
