Execute daily HR tasks such as managing On-boarding/Off-boarding procedures, conducting staff orientation, and other related responsibilities.
Manage employee records and ensure all necessary personal documents are complete.
Handle processing of Work Pass, Staff Pass, Access Card, and other required identification cards.
Collaborate with relevant departments to handle employee movements, contract renewals, confirmations, transfers, promotions, resignations, and related administrative tasks.
Adhere to internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and statutory regulations while carrying out HR activities.
Address employee inquiries regarding HR matters.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate payroll processing.
Prepare HR reports and materials for meetings.
Contribute to process improvement projects, events, and other functions.
Support HR initiatives.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Human Resource Management or an equivalent qualification.
3 years or more experience in a relevant field.
Prior experience in the Human Capital related business is an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Highly adaptable to change and possess a positive mindset.
Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
Independent and confident when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
