- Industry/ Organization Type: Photocopiers Supplier
- Position Title: HR Executive(Payroll)
- Working Location: East - Aljunied (Require takes 3 bus stops from Aljunied MRT)
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon - Fri 8.30 am - 5.30 pm Every Sat 8.30 am - 12.30 pm)
- Salary Package: Up to SGD 4000 + Bonus + Medical Benefits
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire range of human resource functions, including manpower planning, recruitment, and employee engagement.
- Manage the quarterly processes for salary reviews, bonuses, and promotions.
- Oversee the HRMS software for payroll, CPF submissions, income tax, leave, and claims administration.
- Utilize and manage various job portals to meet hiring needs.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives.
- Maintain employee personnel files and ensure all records are up-to-date.

- Min. 2 year of relevant working experience in a similar capacity
- Must have experience in Payroll
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a preference for familiarity with HR systems
- Familiar with SMARTHRMS/Timesoft software
- Being able to start work on short notice will be a plus
