HR Executive (Payroll/ Redhill/ 5 Days/ Up to $4,300) - 7913

Responsibilities

• Managing monthly payroll cycle - processing to generating payroll reports
• Managing MOM survey submissions timely
• Assisting Payroll Manager or HOD on any ad-hoc task
• Assist in payroll integration from the current system to the new system and ensure a smooth parallel run
• Ensure salary is paid timely and accurately
• Analyse areas of possible cost reduction like overtime and labour cost
• Assist in smooth transition during payroll integration
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in HR
• Candidate must have at least 1 years of payroll experience
• Familiar with Timesoft/ SAP system
