Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across various roles and levels
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies
- Source active and passive candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates fit for the role and organization
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data
- Develop and maintain relationships with universities, recruitment agencies, and other talent networks to promote the company's employer brand
- Stay updated on trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve our recruitment processes
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Prior experience in full-cycle recruiting and talent sourcing techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with social media recruiting and other innovative sourcing techniques
