Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job fairs, employee engagement, and other HR projects.
Ensure all hiring practices comply with fair employment guidelines and promote equal opportunities.
Manage onboarding and exit procedures to facilitate smooth transitions for employees.
Build and maintain partnerships with educational institutions to support talent pipelines.
Generate and update various HR reports to provide insights and support decision-making.
Assist with day-to-day HR operations and provide support across various HR functions.
Perform any other tasks as required by the HR department.
Requirments:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition and HR Operations within a multinational organization, with exposure in managing high-volume hiring, preferably within the semiconductor industry
JobStreet and /or LinkedIn self-source proficiency
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and a resourceful team player with a strong sense of urgency.
Good communication skill, interpersonal skills and strong in both verbal and written communication as well as computer literacy.
