Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job fairs, employee engagement, and other HR projects.
  • Ensure all hiring practices comply with fair employment guidelines and promote equal opportunities.
  • Manage onboarding and exit procedures to facilitate smooth transitions for employees.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with educational institutions to support talent pipelines.
  • Generate and update various HR reports to provide insights and support decision-making.
  • Assist with day-to-day HR operations and provide support across various HR functions.
  • Perform any other tasks as required by the HR department.

Requirments:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition and HR Operations within a multinational organization, with exposure in managing high-volume hiring, preferably within the semiconductor industry
  • JobStreet and /or LinkedIn self-source proficiency
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and a resourceful team player with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Good communication skill, interpersonal skills and strong in both verbal and written communication as well as computer literacy.
