Job Description
- Manage and maintain our HRIS system, including data entry, report generation, and system updates.
- Provide comprehensive HR support to employees, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and performance management.
- Assist in various HR projects, such as talent acquisition, employee engagement initiatives, and policy development.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Converse in Chinese with Chinese-speaking stakeholders
- Able to work as a team player and contribute solely at times
- Show initiative and willingness to learn
- Able to think critically and show sound judgment on the unexpected.
- Able to work 5.5 days
