Job Description
. Manage work passes which include application, renewal & cancellation
. Handle recruitments, compensation, benefits and implementation
. Handle the implementation and enforcement of HR Policies and procedures
. Prepare letter of employment, appraisal forms & exit interview
. Handle workers accommodation & dormitory issues
. Handle WICA and medical insurance claims
. Insurance Management - Ensure all insurance are valid, kept up to date
. Handle workers administration, on & off boarding
. Manage course registration such as coretrade, safety courses and other BCA/MOM requirements trainings for workers and professionals.
. Handle & monitor attendance / leave and medical claims.
. In charge of Payroll
. Handle e-filling of staff income tax return
. Manage Company asset eg Biometric, Computers, Software etc
. General / ad-hoc admin duties as assigned
