Job Summary:The HR Executive is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role involves managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and talent management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Conduct interviews, selection processes, and coordinate hiring efforts.
Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance and support.
Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Address and resolve employee issues and conflicts promptly.
- Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal processes, ensuring they are fair and consistent.
Provide support and guidance to managers on performance improvement plans.
Develop and implement performance management systems.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and create or coordinate training programs.
Support career development and succession planning efforts.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Compensation and Benefits:Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
Conduct salary surveys and job evaluations to determine appropriate pay scales.
Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs.
- Compliance and Policy Development:Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
Conduct regular audits of HR practices and records.
- HR Strategy and Planning:Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support decision-making.
Manage HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager, or other HR position.
