Handle the full end-to-end-recruitment process inclusive of onboarding and off-boarding (e.g. job posting, coordinate for interviews, preparation of offer letters, new hirers onboarding orientation, exit clearance)
Assist in the application, renewal and cancellation of work passes using MOM Portal
Checking of agencies timesheets and invoices
Prepare recruitment reports for HOD
Submission of quarterly manpower survey from Ministry of Manpower (MOM)
Handling and managing confidential documents and maintenance of p-files
Handle day-to-day HR administrative work such as timely update of employees data in Timesoft system, preparation of letters such as acceptance of resignation, termination, promotion and more, keep track of locker keys given to employees, prepare name cards for Managers and more
Assist in employee engagement activities
Payroll experience will be added advantage
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by HOD
Job requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Human Resource or relevant fields
At least 2 years of payroll experience (Timesoft experience will be an added advantage)
At least 2 years of full HR spectrum will be an added advantage
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
