Job Duties:
- Provide full spectrum of HR function including recruitment and selection, on-board and off-boarding, training, performance management and employee relations
- Recruitment and interview process
- Process work pass applications and renewals
- Prepare and manage HR documentation, such as employment contracts, Assist in review of HR policies, procedures and employee handbook.
- Maintain & up-keep on employee P-file
- Act as a primary contact for employee inquiries and concerns, offering guidance and resolving HR-related issues. Deliver human resource (HR) advisory and consultancy services management and staff to meet their requirements.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Complete required HR-related surveys for government agencies, address workplace safety issues, prepare incident reports, and file work injury claims with MOM.
- Assist with annual performance appraisal process
- Maintain and attendance records
- Assist in the implementation of training programs.

- Liaise with payroll vendor on payroll matters
Requirements
Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
3-5 year of relevant experience in both HR and administrative roles preferably in a manufacturing industry.
Familiarity with Singapore labor laws and HR best practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software
Ability to multitask and manage confidential information with discretion.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Bilingual in English and Chinese
Salary range: SGD 3,000 - 3,300
5-day work week, Monday to Friday
