Recruitment:
- End to end talent acquisition which includes preparing job descriptions, sourcing job posting portals and agents, and coordinating and participating in the interviews
- Creative recruitment / sourcing for talents and formulating recruitment strategies to attract talent in line with the business requirement
- Business partnering the line managers to understand their department plan and the manpower requirements and, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
Payroll:
- Managing payroll computation for management staffs.
- Generate payroll report, CPF contribution, income tax submission (IR8A)
Performance Management:
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line managers
- Works closely with management and employees to improve employee engagement.
- performance evaluation
- Assist in the annual performance review exercise
- Oversees staff career planning and appraisal processes
On-boarding/off-boarding:
- In-charge of new hires onboarding programme and resignees offboarding process
- Apply work pass for foreign employees
Training:
- Assist in the planning of company-wide training needs analysis and training implementation
- In-charge of company-wide training, employee relation and employee engagement activities
- Process training grants applications
Compensation & Benefits:
- Oversees staff compensation & benefit programs, giving recommendations to strengthen the programs
- Assist to develop and roll out new HR systems such as job grading, salary banding,
Administrations:
- Assist in Sales, Admin and Accounts in administrative task as and when required.
Job Requirements
- The ideal candidate should have at least 3-5 years of HR Generalist or equivalent experience
- The candidate should possess minimally a diploma / degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- Preferably someone from the constructions, renovation or equivalent industry
- Experience in applying Work Permits and Employment Passes
- Must have strong knowledge of Singapore MOM regulations
