To handle all back-office tasks including:
Be responsible for the full recruitment process included work pass application. (if applicable)
- Be responsible for the full retirement / resignation process.
Be responsible for application/renewal/suspension of work permit, S-pass, EP for employees including expats and dependents.- Handle company payroll, payment AWS & VB, claim, leave, benefit, CPF submission and employee income. (Infotech)
Renewal of company health insurance.
- Maintain internal HRDB system
Reviewing and amendment working regulation accordingly.- Conducting tasks on FTSG requested by SEA HRBP manager.
Supporting SEA regional activities conducted by SEA HRBP manager.
- Be a buddy with newcomers and support their smooth integration with the company. (Culture, people, etc.)
Conducting company events. (Lunch or Dinner at the special day)- Give inputs in the design of training, development and succession plans and closely monitor the execution by Line manager
Execute individual goal setting, mid review, rating and calibration and communication of result of rating, merit increment with each line managers
Act as the performance improvement driver. Facilitate discussions with the management team to find best solutions.- Any other relevant task from time to time.
Procurement office stuff and necessity equipment.- Handling in/out going mails/letters, couriers and deliveries.
Handle requests and queries from line managers.
Ensure that everything within office runs smoothly and efficiently in Operations.- Be responsible for window of IT, connecting IT help desk.

Degree in human resources, Business Management or relevant fields
- IHRP certification will be preferred
Required skillset: Microsoft Office Suite- Preference of 5 10 years of experience in a HR role
