Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Support conflict resolution and provide guidance on employee relations issues.
- Assist in the implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews.
- Provide training and support to managers on performance evaluation best practices.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in the development and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare reports and analytics related to HR metrics as needed.
- Support the identification of training needs and coordinate training sessions.
- Promote employee development initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in an HR generalist role.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software systems.
