Job Description
Reporting to the Head of HR, the successful applicant will:
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations including Payroll in close collaborations with the key stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Be a subject matter expert in full cycle of inhouse Payroll calculation and ensuring accuracy.
- Handle operations including C&B, HRIS, and corporate event coordination.
- Support local ad hoc projects and initiatives by partnering with the HR Director.
The Successful Applicant
As a Successful Applicant, You Will Have
- Degree in HR related field.
- 5 + years of HR Generalist experience including handling payroll ideally in the F&B industry.
- Solid understanding of Singapore Labour law.
- Effective stakeholder management with a strong track record of collaboration with regional teams.
