We are delighted to be partnering with a globally recognized European bank on a HR Business Partnering opportunity. Your role will come in to support the technology function for Singapore, whilst acting as a key advisor for all employee relation issues as well as managing a full spectrum of HR matters surrounding talent management, compensation & benefits, onboarding and HR reporting.
As a trusted advisor to the business, you'll liaise with key stakeholders to drive and implement certain HR initiatives whilst driving continuous improvements to internal processes. You'll manage the entire employee lifecycle whilst engaging in proactive employee initiatives and business objectives to enhance employee wellness, engagement and initiatives. Whilst your key focus will be to support the Singapore team, you'll actively play a part in supporting any global / regional HR projects to ensure local implementation whilst adhering to local policies and frameworks.
The suitable individual should bring at least 4 years of HR business partnering / generalist experience within sizeable multinational companies. You'll possess a Bachelor's degree and bring stable experience managing sizeable headcounts whilst having contributed to certain HR initiatives and projects. You'll be highly collaborative, have a growth mind-set and bring a solution-oriented approach to challenging tasks whilst demonstrating excellent communication skills.
