Education / Experience:
o Diploma In Business, Human Resource Management or equivalent
o Atleast 6 months to 1 year experience in HR operations or Recruitment
Job Description:
o Perform day-to-day HR activities including hiring, on-boarding, off-boarding, welfare administration o Create and maintain employee records in P-file and updating in HR database o Assist in Government-Paid claim submissions and group insurance claims o Render support in events (i.e. career fairs, long service award etc.)
o Prepare HR reports as required o Other ad-hoc HR administrative duties
Skill sets:
o A hands-on individual who can work independently as well as a team player
o Meticulous, with good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
o Proactive and well organized
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
