Roles and Responsibilities
. Handle daily administrative HR duties
. Provide support in recruitment processes e.g. posting job ads on job boards, careers pages and social networks screening resumes and application forms as well as scheduling interviews with candidates
. Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
. Organise and file documents
. Payroll computation and submission of CPF contribution
. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
. Able to commit to full-time 6 months internship
. Pursuing a degree or equivalent
. Proven ability to appropriately handle sensitive information required
. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
. Self-motivated, collaborative and strong focus on service delivery, quality and efficiency
. Well-organized with good time management in completing given tasks
Learning Outcomes and Objectives
. Ability to manage all enquiries related to HR matters
. Ability to multi-task, and willing to manage recruitment documentation
. Learn how to handle sensitive information
. Ability to work with multi-cultural and cross-functional teams
. Learn how to work independently with less supervision
