The HR Intern (Talent Acquisition) position is to support the HR department in driving recruitment initiatives to ensure smooth and efficient business operations. This internship will provide hands-on experience in recruitment and hiring processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to fostering good relationships with both hiring managers and potential hires.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support in recruitment activities by promoting open positions through job portals, candidate sourcing and screening, interview scheduling, candidate relationship management
- Assist in managing recruitment online portals to develop a strong candidate's pipeline
- Support the planning and executing of career fairs
- Establish and maintain good relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to stay abreast of current and future hiring and HR matters.
- Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time.
The HR Intern (Learning & Development) position is to support the HR department in supporting the training initiatives within the organization. The HR Intern (Learning & Development) will be responsible for various tasks such as maintaining and tracking training records, coordinating training programs, and liaising with various stakeholders to ensure effective execution of training initiatives. This internship will provide hands-on experience in various aspects of HR, particularly in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and track training records, including applications and employee evaluations, through the HR Training Portal.
- Coordinate and support the execution of various training programs
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate training initiatives
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create training related materials, presentations, and EDM
- Prepare and submit monthly training reports
- Ensure training expenses are processed in a timely manner
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing Human Resources in Polytechnic/University
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous, proactive and good team player.
