What You'll Learn by the End of the Internship: Assist in posting job vacancies on job boards and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.- Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
- 2. Administrative Support:
Provide administrative assistance to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and maintaining HR documentation.- Assist with scheduling meetings, interviews, and appointments.
Other ad-hoc duties as delegated
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Prior internship experience in HR or related field is a plus.
