Assist in employee welfare, staff recreations, and talent acquisition end-to-end process.
Support for recruitment activities - this includes sourcing, screening, assessing candidates suitability and interview coordination with hiring managers.
Maintain all training records including data entry of On-the-Job training submissions and applications of government training grants.
Handling necessary backend and operational needs.
Assist Human resources managers to plan, directing and coordinating the administrative functions of an organization
Assist in any other ad-hoc duties and projects assigned
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in human resource management or studying toward a degree in human resource management or related field.
Proven experience working in an office environment.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
The ability to work as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
