Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in employee welfare, staff recreations, and talent acquisition end-to-end process.
  • Support for recruitment activities - this includes sourcing, screening, assessing candidates suitability and interview coordination with hiring managers.
  • Maintain all training records including data entry of On-the-Job training submissions and applications of government training grants.
  • Handling necessary backend and operational needs.
  • Assist Human resources managers to plan, directing and coordinating the administrative functions of an organization
  • Assist in any other ad-hoc duties and projects assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management or studying toward a degree in human resource management or related field.
  • Proven experience working in an office environment.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • The ability to work as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
