We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR M/AM (Generalist) to join our dynamic tech company. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our HR policies, overseeing employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities
- HR Policy Review and Compliance:
- Regularly review, update, and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with local labor laws and industry best practices.
- Ensure the company's employee handbook is current, accurate, and accessible to all staff.
- Advise management on employment law updates, ensuring compliance across all HR functions.
- Employee Engagement and Culture:
- Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive, and innovative workplace culture.
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and propose actionable insights based on feedback.
- Organize company-wide events, team-building activities, and wellness programs.
- HR Generalist Functions:
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for all employees.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a collaborative work environment.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and rewards programs, working closely with finance and leadership to maintain competitiveness.
- Handle performance management processes, providing guidance to managers and employees on performance reviews and development plans.
- Talent Development:
- Support training and development programs, ensuring they align with business goals and employee growth.
- Partner with department heads to identify key training needs and create plans for talent development.
- Leadership and Strategy:
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on all HR-related matters.
- Contribute to HR strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and company values.
- Support organizational change initiatives and help drive continuous improvement in HR processes.
Requirements
- Singaporean only.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role (tech industry experience is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in employee engagement, policy review, and HR operations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
