Job Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Staffing:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent. Conduct job interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and manage the selection process. Prepare and extend job offers, and handle all pre-employment activities, such as background checks and reference verifications.
Onboarding and Offboarding:
Design and manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires, including orientation, training, and integration into the company culture. Oversee the offboarding process for departing employees, including exit interviews, documentation, and final settlement.
Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts, and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures. Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication, employee engagement,and conflict resolution.
Performance Management:
Develop and implement performance management systems, including goal-setting, performance appraisals, and feedback processes. Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on performance improvement and career development.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs across the organization and design, coordinate, and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
