Responsibilities:
1Recruitment and employment
- Responsible for ongoing recruitment in the SEA and Middle East region, developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to meet the talent needs of the business unit.
- Manage the hiring and onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
2Performance management
- Design and implement performance plans and appraisal systems to ensure that employees performance is accurately evaluated and effectively fed back.
- Follow up the implementation of performance improvement measures to improve the overall team performance.
3Team building
- Develop and implement team building strategies to promote team collaboration and cohesion.
- Resolve conflicts and problems within the team to create a positive working atmosphere.
4Staff training and development
- Plan and organize staff training programs to enhance staff's professional skills and comprehensive quality.
- Develop personalized career development plans for employees to provide promotion opportunities and development paths.
5Employee welfare management
- Design and manage employee benefit plans, including health insurance, leave system, etc., to improve employee satisfaction.
- Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of welfare policies and adjust and optimize them as needed.
6Communication and collaboration
- Maintain close communication with the headquarters HR, and coordinate the implementation of HR policies and projects.
- Communicate the HR policy of the HQ in a timely manner to ensure the understanding and implementation of the regional team.
7Compliance and labor relations
- Ensure that the district's human resource management activities comply with local laws and regulations and company policies.
- Handle employee relations and maintain good labor relations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree,English can be used as the working language, with more than 5 years of human resources field experience, related industry background is preferred;
- Have practical experience in recruitment, performance management, etc., with international team HRBP work experience will be preferred;
- with excellent team spirit and high sense of responsibility, good communication and cooperation, with excellent critical thinking ability;
- strong learning ability, active work, careful and thoughtful, able to adapt to the company's rapid development of the pace of work.
