Responsibilities
- Understand and implement new HR policies
- Working closely with stakeholders including the Executive Directors, Heads of Department, Line Managers & other employees to ensure timely fulfil of manpower requirements, to align with business strategies and company culture.
- Manage and oversee a team of Human Resources and Admin Executives.
- Oversee the full scope of human resources including recruitment and retention, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, learning & development, and employee relations as well as payroll.
- Ensure employee's monthly payroll cycles and CPF submission are duly executed.
- Manage foreign hiring quota and process work passes.
- Oversee and manage employee grievance handling and disciplinary cases
- Lead the team for ISO and BCM certification
- Ensure proper and comprehensive filing system and data maintenance for all staff.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Assist to prepare reports as requested by management
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned and required by the company
Job Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- 15 years of relevant Human Resources Experience preferably in the Construction/EPC/Oil & Gas industry.
- People oriented and results driven
- Strong collaboration, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
