Our client is an MNC and they are looking for a Regional HR Manager to lead their operations and strategy regionally within SEA.
Role:
. Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions
. Assess training needs and manage the relevant training programs through sourcing of vendors, grants application, etc
. Manage compensation & benefits, ensuring compensation given follows market benchmark
. Any process improvement such as streamlining and automation of HR processes
. Handle workforce planning including talent management and succession planning
. Drive annual performance appraisal and salary review
. Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process including liaising with recruitment agencies
. Enhance employee engagement and experience
. Drive regional HR programs for employee retention, benchmarking matters, and other initiatives
. Any ad-hoc duties as required
Job Requirements
. Bachelor's in Human Resource Management/Business Administration or related fields
. 3 - 5 years in supervisory role
. At least 5 - 8 years experience in HR
. Experience handling hands-on HR strategies for APAC
. Strong interpersonal and communication skills/good English writing to manage stakeholders of all levels of seniority
