HR Manager (MNC / Basic up to 5.5k+VB / Constructions)

The company's engineering performance covers China, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, South Asia, Latin America and other regions, involving airports, ports, highways, railways, power plants, municipal administration, petrochemical industry, national defense engineering, and land reclamation from the sea.

Work Loction: Payar Lebar (2 minutes walking distance from MRT)

Work Week: 5 days

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire recruitment process and develop recruitment strategies
• Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances
• Develop and implement performance appraisal systems
• Provide guidance on performance evaluations and feedback processes
• Identify employee training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance skills and career growth
• Conduct salary survey and ensure competitive compensation packages
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures
• Conduc audits and assessments of HR practices
• Analyse workforce trends and develop staffing plans
• Other ad hoc duties related to HR

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in HR or related field
• At least 2 years of managerial role experience
• Possess working experience in construction industry
• Possess knowledge of BCA licensing application and regulations
• Required to travel to construction sites and work in both office and field environments
