About the Job:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HRG (Human Resources Generalist) to oversee all aspects of human resources functions within the company. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable in all areas of HR management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, and HR administration. The HR Manager will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment and supporting the growth and success of our employees and the company as a whole.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Organizational Culture: Develop plans or activities to ensure employees are integrated smoothly into the company culture and their roles.
- Employee Relations: Trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related issues. Address employee concerns and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
- Performance Management: Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback sessions.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Coordinate training sessions and workshops.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and legal requirements.
- HR Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations. Prepare and maintain HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
- Degree holder with a strong understanding of HR processes and operations, Professional HR certification
- 5-8 years of work experiences related to Human Resources and logistics industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated to be a self-starter and highly motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take initiative
- Have good organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple stakeholders, priorities and timelines simultaneously
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Well-versed with Singapore's labour laws and legislations, experience with immigration policies and mobility processes will be added advantage
- Experience in driving process improvement and change initiatives
- Able to collaborate effectively in a cross functional and multi cultural environment
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
