Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations for HR department.
- Identify and recruit top talent to meet organizational needs.
- Monitor employee progress and development.
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding of agents
- Identify training gaps and implement training development programs.
- Develop policies, ensure legal compliance, and update HR documentation.
- Conduct performance reviews and manage appraisal processes.
- Maintain HR systems, analyze data, and report insights to management.
- Analyse HR metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR management or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a property startup environment is essential.
