Job Description:
Viskou is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team and contribute to our ongoing growth and development. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for comprehensive human resource management, including recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance evaluation, and training and development, laying a solid foundation of talent for the company's long-term growth. This role requires occasional travel to other locations as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment plans to attract and select talent that aligns with the company's growth.
- Manage and improve the company's performance evaluation system, promoting performance improvement and career development for employees.
- Design and implement employee training and development programs to enhance overall employee skills and competencies.
- Build and maintain positive employee relations, handle employee inquiries and conflicts, and foster a supportive work environment.
- Oversee and optimize HR policies and processes to increase work efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Occasional travel to support HR functions and company initiatives at other locations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of HR management experience previous experience as an HR Manager or in a related role is preferred.
- Familiar with labor laws and HR policies, with a strong ability to manage employee relations.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle tasks independently.
- Strong sense of responsibility, good team spirit, and adaptability in a fast-growing work environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
