We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to manage the full spectrum of human resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job posting, candidate selection, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Oversee HR Operations, including payroll processing, leave management, and employee records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Handle work pass applications, renewals and other MOM requirements.
  • Manage the performance appraisal process, working with managers to set goals, provide feedback, and support employee development.
  • Regularly review and update HR policies ensuring compliance with Singapore labor laws, health and safety standards and company policies.
  • Work closely with department heads and management to provide HR support.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR and administration.
  • Organize events and programs to improve employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • Manage the day-to-day office operations including office supplies, maintenance, and other administrative duties.
  • Any other duties as assigned by superior/management.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management
  • 5 years of relevant experience
  • Hands-on experience in payroll processing
  • Good knowledge of Singapore labor law especially employment act
  • Familiar with Info-Tech HRIS system a Plus
  • Good Interpersonal, written and communication skill
