HR Officer (Basic up to 3.5k / Admiralty)

Work Location: Admiralty

Work Week: 5 days (9.30am - 6.30pm)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end process of the whole recruitment process
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
• Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disputes in a fair and professional manner
• Provide advice and support to employees on various work-related issues
• Coordinate payroll processes and resolve payroll issues
• Coordinate training programs to help employees to develop necessary skills
• Assist in performance appraisal process
• Other ad hoc HR / admin duties assigned

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in HR or related field
• Possess min 1 year of demonstrable experience with HR metrics
