HR Officer | Govt Sector (Onboarding in January 2025)

Job Description

• Provide HR administrative and corporate services.
• In charge for the on boarding and off boarding of staffs
• Applications for various types of claims, grants and courses for employees
• Updating of employees personal particulars
• Managing of employees leave and claims.
• Assist with promotion/demotion process and awards.
• Conduct gift valuation and manage welfare grants
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma in Human Resource or relevant discipline or A-level with minimally one year of relevant experience

OtherInformation:

• Location: Bukit Gombak and Redhill (Weekly Rotation between both Location)
• 1 Year Contract (Renewable up to 5+5 years)
• 14 Days Annual Leave and PerformanceBonus
• Working hrs: Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 6.00pm (Hours might be staggered subjected to team lead)
