provide administrative support:

A. Recruitment Support Functions such as:

  • Communication of interview arrangements with job applicants over the phone and via email
  • Assist team in administering written tests
  • Data Entry
  • E-filing of documents in preparation for Interviews

B. Other ad hoc duties such as:

  • Filing and shredding of documents
  • Logistical support for HR activities

Work Schedule:

  • Salary: $2400 / month
  • Contract Period: 6 months
  • Nearest MRT: Havelock Road
  • Working days: Mon to Fri
  • Working hours: Mon to Fri: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm

Job Requirement:

. Excellent spoken and written communication skills

. Meticulous and thorough

. Positive attitude, eager to learn.

. Experience with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word and Outlook.

. Experience in customer service, admin work and/or managing events is advantageous.
