About the Team
The HR Operations team endeavours to continuously build and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the whole employee lifecycle. We are dedicated to leading with care and have empathy in mind. We strive to develop efficient and simple people processes, systems, policies, and programs. We aspire to ensure employees feel heard and that they are given the appropriate resources and support needed to be effective and efficient during their careers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop the annual strategy plan and implementation roadmap for the HR operations system based on team objectives;
- Create and review project plans, monitor progress, and identify risks to ensure successful project delivery;
- Work with global and regional HR teams to analyze requirements and evaluate solutions, ensuring projects are accepted and launched successfully;
- Direct system updates to support long-term HR operations, covering onboarding, offboarding, job transfers, global mobility, payroll and benefits, employee relations, and the HR helpdesk;
- Improve request and project management processes to ensure high-quality and efficient delivery;
- Collaborate with regional teams to enhance their ability to analyze and report requests, improving the quality of regional input for the HR operations system.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, computer science, information management, or a related field;
- 5+ years of experience managing complex HR system implementation and processes;
- Strong analytical skills for understanding and evaluating system requests;
- Deep business insight, capable of handling complex models and configurations independently;
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cross-regional projects implementing large-scale HR systems like SAP and Workday;
- Background in consulting or experience with implementing custom HR systems.
