Job Description
- Oversee and handle staff benefits-related issues, such as calculating leave quotas and managing insurance or transport applications enrollments and cancellations.
- Ensure accurate and timely entry and maintenance of data in the HR system.
- Prepare and deliver monthly reports and statistics to Payroll for payment processing and recovery.
- Manage external vendors and assess the benefits reports they submit.
- Utilize technology and data analytics to enhance productivity and streamline processes, as well as assist in reviewing SOPs.
- Propose and implement improvements to workflows, including system upgrades, to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide timely advisory and customer service to colleagues while fostering stronger partnerships with stakeholders.
- Lead and contribute to ad-hoc projects as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Preferably 1 year of relevant experience
- Meticulous with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Self-driven and independent, capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
